Returns and Refunds Policy

At Levi Journeys, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns and refund guidelines carefully.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
  • Items purchased and delivered correctly but changed minds are not eligible for returns.

Return Process

  • Provide your order number, details of the issue, and photos if applicable.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process and arrange for pick-up of the product.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately at [email protected].
  • We will replace the product at no extra cost or issue a full refund if replacement is not possible.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products used, altered, or missing original packaging are not eligible for returns.
  • Clearance items or special promotions may be non-returnable.
